Job Description

As a Test Systems Engineer, you will own a broad set of feature areas and products. Working with our mechanical, electrical, firmware, software, design verification and software quality engineers along with Manufacturing and Product Development teams you will be responsible for bringing a product from concept into mass production.

  • Develop and implement a world class test platform for board-level and product-level testing for digital, RF and acoustic systems.
  • Complete integration of test commands into a test architecture
  • Integrate RF test and calibration procedures into a factory test architecture
  • Integrate digital and audio test procedures for advanced products and features
  • Create new test SW modules based on test and calibration methodologies defined by Development Engineering

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 8 years combined experience
  • Knowledge of OOP and scripting languages (C++, C#, etc.)
  • Knowledge of RF telecom technologies test / measurement and calibration (Bluetooth / BLE, WLAN 5/6/6e, LTE, 5G UW, GPS, etc.)
  • Experience with RF test equipment (RF communication test sets, signal generators, power meters, signal analyzers, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, etc.)
  • Prior experience with Qualcomm BP phasing and testing methodologies a plus
  • Proficiency with LabVIEW preferred, demonstrated ability to quickly pick-up other test frameworks and development languages
  • Excellent written, presentation and interpersonal skills are required 
  • Experience with high-volume world-class design and manufacturing techniques for consumer electronic products

Education

  • BS degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent field, MS a plus
