Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC seeks a Senior Product Manager in Los Angeles, CA to research trends in Offers, Promotion and Rewards functionality in products and execute technical analysis of competitive strengths and weaknesses. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in any field or equivalent, and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience defining and implementing segmentation and Personas to provide targeted data analysis in support of product development roadmaps and enhancement of User Experience solutions. Prior experience must include at least five (5) years of progressively responsible experience designing test-and-learn strategies and creating targeted processes to track and analyze KPIs to ensure features are backed by performance measures; working with internal and external audit teams; facilitating the effective design and delivery of workshops to inform and drive the development of new product features; leading prototype designs, wireframes and research studies with end users to ascertain user behaviors and potential features to alleviate identified deficiencies, and drive efficiency; providing specialized analysis of trends and statistics to inform product development roadmap priority and the user experience of solutions; and in executing duties, utilizing Confluence, Jira, and knowledge of financial processes and systems in relation to product offers, taxation and reconciliation.
