    • Develop, maintain, and create high-quality animation for real-time 3D game assets. This includes anything from short loops and locomotion cycles to full-blown cinematics with camera and character/creature animation.
    • Work with the Lead Animator to help refine and maintain the animation style and feel in the game.
    • Work with fellow artists and engineers to implement animation.

    • A minimum of 5 years of experience animating characters using Maya or an equivalent 3D program.
    • Exceptional skill in 3D character animation, animating bipedal, humanoid figures as well as other organic forms.
    • Strong understanding of traditional animation principles and how they can be used to establish character personality and enhance overall gameplay.
    • Self-motivated, excellent communicator, and a great team-player attitude.
    • Technical experience working with Maya and game engines such as Unity or Unreal.
    • Expertly apply basic animation principles to in-game animation: timing, acting, & body mechanics.
    • Capable of giving feedback & mentoring animators (both in-house and outsource as needed).
    • Proven problem-solving and prototyping ability, collaborating within the animation team and across adjacent teams.

    • Have shipped AAA and/or mobile games as a 3D character animator.
    • Outstanding 2D animation skills.
    • TV or film animation experience.
    • A passion for video games.
    • Experience in FX or particle animation.
    • Skill in one or more related disciplines – illustration, modeling, rigging, or technical art.
