Bungie is seeking a Producer to play a critical role in the development of the Destiny franchise focused on engineering teams. This Producer will work as a part of the Destiny development team to build and improve internal development processes and cross-team communication. They will be a key player in working across groups to make sure our development teams are always in sync and collaborating.

The ideal candidate will be a tenacious, self-motivated, empathetic, and cool-headed organizer of people and process, who won't let up until the way forward is clear and the team is on the right path. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive all production tasks for engineering teams, ensuring that we ship great player experiences on time and within budget
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across disciplines, teams, and stakeholders
  • Schedule and coordinate the details for all necessary meetings and ensure completion of action items
  • Manage risks and establish and track risk mitigation
  • Drive milestone goals in conjunction with the wider Production Team and the game development timeline
  • Lead by example in terms of production craft and discipline expertise within the department
  • Iterate on production processes to continuously improve our velocity, collaboration, and visibility
  • Work with limited supervision and use independent judgment outside of established procedures when necessary

  • Experience producing software engineering teams
  • Game experience desired but not essential
  • JIRA skills
  • Enthusiasm for games

Most Bungie full-time employees will adopt a digital first approach allowing remote work in Bungie approved locations (outside of positions identified as 100% onsite in Bellevue/Seattle, or individuals preferring a hybrid/flex environment). Prospective full-time employees located outside of CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, IL, MA, MD, MN, NC, NJ, NY, OR, TX, UT, VA, WA, or WI will need to establish residency in one of the states we are compliant in within 45 days of a start date.
