As a Data Analyst, you will be a part of our Big Data & Business Intelligence Division, which develops, designs, deploys, and supports our data platforms to provide more visibility about our products’ performance. You will be working closely with our Engineering teams in shaping raw data into a useful form to increase the effectiveness of our data services. Working with huge data-sets, you'll draw insightful and actionable conclusions from complex analyses.

Here’s what you’ll be doing

    • Analyzing and interpreting large datasets to derive meaningful analytical solutions and actionable insights
    • Collaborating with the engineering team to develop and optimize data resources, data warehouses and data pipelines
    • Conducting exploratory data analyses to identify product gaps, test hypotheses, and seize opportunities to inform product roadmaps
    • Building, developing and maintaining a suite of data analytics and visualization tools that empower your fellow Product and Marketing Specialists to make data-informed decisions: dashboards, reports, ad-hoc queries, and insightful observations
    • Closely working with different teams to drive, implement and analyze A/B testing results
    • Delivering data and structure data analyses on an ad-hoc basis using whatever tools are necessary to swiftly complete arising data needs
    • Working closely with product teams to model, simulate, and help fine-tune the game’s internal economy
    • Building predictive models and leveraging machine learning algorithms
    • Using Snowflake, AWS, Looker and dbt

Desired skills and experiences

    • University degree from a reputable university, preferably in Engineering or Statistics
    • Strong knowledge of SQL; excited to learn new languages when needed. Python Knowledge is a plus
    • An interest in mobile casual games
    • Excellent attention to detail, natural curiosity and ability for creative problem-solving
    • Strong written and oral communication skills
    • Experience in working with a cloud data warehouse (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery) is a plus
