Account Manager



The Strategic Partnerships Team is seeking an organized, detail-oriented and charismatic individual who can work closely with some of our largest first-party partners (e.g. Sony, Microsoft, Valve, Google and others) to publish and promote Bungie titles on their platforms. The ideal candidate has a detailed understanding of the differences and nuances between these partners, a strong understanding of live service models and knows how to best leverage these various platforms for maximum engagement and revenue at the various moments in our live service calendar.


  • manage the day-to-day business with our first party partners, maintaining the general health of the partnership
  • ensuring first party partners are informed on all of Bungie’s upcoming beats and releases, so they can best support us in those moments
  • help brainstorm, negotiate and execute sales and marketing initiatives with our first party partners
  • work closely with teams across Bungie to coordinate the setup of expansion pre-orders and releases in first-party portals
  • leverage informative data sets and analyses from our analytics team to best execute targeted activations on first party platforms
  • stay informed of all current and upcoming first party initiatives and technologies, and execute the most promising of them with internal stakeholders to drive the business in new and exciting ways


  • 3-6 years’ experience in a relationship management role, or other business-oriented role at a games company
  • Team player with the ability to muti-task across different internal teams, external partners, and initiatives
  • Strong, multi-faceted communication skills, ranging from detailed summary emails to quick, on the fly phone calls
  • Ability to create and maintain positive relationships internally and externally

  • Experience with software/games as a service

Most Bungie full-time employees will adopt a digital first approach allowing remote work in Bungie approved locations (outside of positions identified as 100% onsite in Bellevue/Seattle, or individuals preferring a hybrid/flex environment). Prospective full-time employees located outside of CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, IL, MA, MD, MN, NC, NJ, NY, OR, TX, UT, VA, WA, or WI will need to establish residency in one of the states we are compliant in within 45 days of a start date. Contractors will follow a digital first approach adhering to the location guidelines agreed upon by our third-party employer/vendor and Bungie. Bungie’s remote policy is subject to change at the company’s discretion.
